Re: Alldata New Screen - Lets get some input
This is a complete step backwards for an information provider. This is "new coke"" all over again. I would think that an IT/R&D team would notice at some point that their system worked on Android and iOS devices...someone had to pull it up on their smartphone at some point. And to not test the "makeover" for compatibility is a major brain fart. For them to say they do not support Android devices is a further mistake...these devices have become quite popular over the last four years and I would think that is where the R&D team would be looking to expand. I'm wondering if an outside consulting company was hired to suggest the "new look"...what is the purpose?? Who sat in a meeting room and made this decision?? We all must make our voices heard...call them, e-mail them over and over and don't stop till its fixed. We pay for information subscriptions and our access is now being limited in a way it was not before. Just my two cents............
