Generic Bolt ID and Torque Chart
Posted to Educators Forum on 7/8/2017 1 Reply

I have dropped a Generic Bolt ID and Torque Chart that I use with my students on the forum [Generic Bolt ID and Torque Chart] It is one I have produced and It is free to print, distribute and use to instruct in Bolt identification. IMPORTANT - Before mass printing Check Master Print for the thread accuracy with 1mm scale rule across the page on the 1mm thread - this check is needed due to printer variations in accuracy. Don't photocopy Print from the file - if the 1mm thread is out slightly expand or shrink the print slightly to get across the page accuracy. Line up the Peak(crest) of the bolt with the Peak(crest) of the black thread forms. I plastic coat it for my guys they value it more. Hope you find it useful
