For techs with your own personal Windows notebooks...
If you're not using one of the online office products, like
Google Docs/Sheets/Slides or one of the MS Office Web Apps,
this FREE office suite is worth a look:

System requirements are very modest - Windows XP (with
Service Pack 2) or higher, 64 MB RAM (Vista, Windows 7, and
Windows 8: 512 MB)
Once you've installed it, you can also copy it to a flash
drive and run it from there on any Windows computer as a
portable app:

The licensing permits business use as well - a rarity in a
free product.
