This three (3) part course will cover the description and operation of the Powerstroke 6.7L diesel en­gine found on Ford trucks starting in model year 2011. This engine has been designed with reverse flow cylinder heads, two cooling systems and a Bosch piezo common rail fuel injection system. The vehicle is also equipped with an extensive after­treatment system for emission control.
