Master technician needed for 25 year established Asian repair shop.

This is the type of shop you would be working in: •6000 ft.² with seven well-maintained Rotary lifts and three flat bays to be shared with two technicians and a shop foreman/owner. •Two fully trained, very professional and highly motivated service writer's/parts specialist to take care of the four production technicians. •Fully tooled for all electrical/electronic/computer repairs. Multiple scan tools, lab scopes, engine analyzers and every other accessory necessary to maintain and repair today's modern Japanese vehicle. •Gas and electric welding accessories/equipment at your disposal. A very well-equipped metal fabrication shop, all of the press tools necessary for heavy work including every imaginable puller, bearing press and mandrel. •Five separate computer workstations throughout the shop. Alldata and Identifix are the information systems and are available on super high-speed Internet access. •Your own personal desk with your own personal PC. •Overhead oil supply and well-thought-out exhaust extraction system and airdrops in every possible location. This is backed up with a very reliable high output well-maintained air compressor. •Two air-conditioner recovery machines and all the special tools needed for air-conditioning repair. •The shop is very well lit. •Your own personal air powered evacuated oil drain tank. •Your own personal wash sink with your choice of hand cleaner. •A fully equipped locker room with a shower and space for personal storage. A fully equipped break room with a refrigerator freezer icemaker, microwave, topline coffee, and all of the video equipment necessary for any type of training you would like to receive via the Internet, DVD, or any other way you desire to continue your training (which we pay for). •Lots of fenced/secure parking for our customer vehicles and you. •A well-stocked parts Department complete with all the fast-moving parts, drive belts, nuts and bolts, fasteners, fuses, electrical connections and every other imaginable thing to allow you to be productive and perform top-quality work.

This is what is required of you, the technician:

•A valid drivers license for the state of Georgia. •ASE certifications in a minimum of five areas. Master/L-1 certification is preferred. •A minimum of five years experience in the automotive repair industry working as a line technician for an Asian franchised automotive company. •The ability to be punctual on a daily basis and to pass a random drug test. •A toolbox full of tools necessary to perform top-quality line work on Asian vehicles. •Computer and typing skills. Good verbal skills. The ability to communicate concisely and economically with customers, coworkers, and service advisors/parts specialists. •You will never be required to use your valuable time to call customers or to order your own parts.

These are the benefits/employment package which will be offered to you; in a nutshell:

•There will always be two lifts for you to work on. There will always be one flat Bay for that type of work, also. •A fun and respectful atmosphere in which to work. You will be supplied plenty of work on a daily basis to satisfy your professional and economic needs. •Six paid holidays per physical year. Five paid vacation days after the anniversary of your first year. 10 paid vacation days after the anniversary of your second year. •Health insurance benefits. •Consistent business hours with no weekends. Weekdays we work from 8:30 AM until 5:30 PM. •After your six month work anniversary, you will be given keys and codes to the alarm system so you can work on your own vehicles after hours. There will be no need for you to pack tools to take home so you can maintain your own cars. •You can purchase parts through our parts Department at cost.

•No whining. No temper tantrums. Never ever throw tools or lose your cool. No moonlighting.
