Service Engineer (Technical Assistance Center)

Provide web support as well as phone support to dealership service technicians at an OEM Technical Assistance Center. Use your experience and repair knowledge guided by the latest fix information. Regularly collaborate with other service engineering teams to diagnose and provide the most accurate information to 'Fix It Right the First Time." Additional responsibilities may also include acting as a liaison with product engineering, publication and other service engineering personnel to resolve various service issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS: Hands-on skills as an automotive service technician, diagnostic/repair skills, customer service skills, PC skills, ability to think 'outside the box', willingness to make sure the customer is well-served, ability to consider all possibilities before making a determination, willingness to learn new skills

SECONDARY SKILLS: ASE Certifications (preferred, not required)
