I've got a bit of a head scratcher. 2012 Toyota Highlander with the 2.7 (4 cyl) sets a P0016 after 10-20 miles.

This code is for cam/crank correlation, specific to the intake cam. Intake vvt oil control valve already replaced at the dealer.
