Vehicle came in with no start condition. Customer had boosted previously and vehicle started and ran fine. After sitting for a day the truck wouldn't start and would not boost. Truck was towed in. Pulled codes from pcm p1aab p1aac p1aad. There was no signal from SGCM to start engine when crank commanded. Replaced SGCM. Programmed SGCM, Hybrid module, and antitheft. Now has no codes. Rapid clicking heard from Battery area in rear seat as well as SGCM area and Transmission bell housing area. Performed battery tests on all hybrid batteries. 2 failed testing but still rated at 450cca according to tester. Performed Hybrid battery charge/boost procedure. No difference. Still clicking when cranking and engine does not turn over. Inspected 3 phase wiring connections at stator and at SGCM. all connections tight and clean.
