I have been fighting 2 issues with this truck.

It starts hard, but when running and idling it runs fine

steady cruise speed on the freeway it runs great but the turbo cycles up and down.

I have no codes in the system and cant seem to narrow down what could be causing these issues.

I suspect unregulated fuel going into the system but I have no way to demine what is at fault

-The hpfp (ford) was replaced because it was misting fuel vapor into the crankcase at an alarming rate -The fuel injectors (alliant power) had been replaced for mileage (128k) while the engine was torn down for head gasket replacement and stud installation. -The heads were reconditioned -The Low pressure fuel pump was replaced as it was only pushing 1psi

Any ideas would be greatly Appreciated
