Glad to see you back, Louis, - Don't let some [pardon the pun] negative energy get you down - You have more know how than you realize and you've been a big help to a lot of guys in the past, including me - At my job there's always some "specialist" who thinks he can do the job better than me, it's just a thing in construction where they test you daily just for their own amusement, but the boss thinks I'm good enough to keep my job, and a lot of us on here think you have a lot to teach the younger ones, but there will always be the ones who just have to touch the stove just to see if it's hot, let them learn it that way if they won't listen - In short Louis, hang in there Sir, and don't quit -You're more valuable than you realize - Take care -
