Have a 1991 Hyundai Excel with a 1.5, was brought in on the hook for a no start condition.

Checked Spark, was good. Checked Fuel Pressure was good. Checked for injector pulse with a noid, and also listened to them with a stethoscope. Nothing Happening with injectors, find that the ECU is the ground circuit and controls it. checked all powers and grounds at the computer checked out fine, next step in flowchart was to replace the ECU, after replacing the ECU, it shouldn't need reprogramming, Still no start. with the powers and grounds good and a new ECU, also having spark and fuel pressure, and still no injector pulse. Don't really know what to check, wiring diagrams are kind of vague and no really much to hook up diagnostic wise. ANY help would be great. Thanks
