i have a saturn,Key will not turn off ,engine running.I replaced ignition lock and key ,key turns on ,no start.I checked all fuses everything works ,I crossed solenoid car starts for 3 sec and dies ,I did the passlock code relearn and passlock symbol stays on steady does not flash ,should it flash and should the word service appear in odometer reading space on dash ,i used the procedure turn key to start then to run for 10 minutes and off for 5 sec and repeat 3 times could it be ignition switch thanks
