Fooling CDI Diesel Dpf monitor
Posted to Technical Discussion Forum on 2/17/2013 20 Replies

Hi generally there is a pressure sensor for monitoring Dpf filter condition if Dpf get clogged up there is a pressure difference between Dpf filter so MiL comes on.My vehicle is toyota hiace Kdh 201 and three hose's connects to the exhaust system.what if i bypass those lines together so all the lines read same pressure will it work?

As u may know there is a dpf delete pipe which can be installed by removing the existing dpf filter.but i know some tech's here fooling the pressure sensor with simple trick like i said above without removing anything which is totally hassle free.

i think this van's engine is much similar to Toyota vigo double cab,Rev4,prado,land cruiser etc:

i all ready ask for help but did'nt get good help http://members.iatn.net/techmail/view/index.aspx?m=24613&t=asian_drive&tmv=1&au=1

This Dpf issue is very common in CDi diesel world so we should need very long technical discussion here.thanks in advance.
