I have a customer that has had a nasty breakup with the ex, well of course the ex knows here door code and on occasion likes to go through her vehicle as he is basically stalking her now.

I have gone through the procedure to remove and program a new user code. this is how I found out she has been using the factory code.

now it gets fun, I checked the factory code with the Ford IDS and it is different than the "factory" code i've been using, both work and both allow me to program a new user code. But being its the factory code, even if I program a new one the factory will still unlock the Vehicle.

Is it possible to reprogram the factory code, or am I just going to have to unplug the door module?
