In my experience (have only seen maybe 4) the death wobble is more caused by tightening the track bars with the wheels in midair; ie, at unloaded height. They you set it down on the ground and the bushings add spring to the track bars.

Anyways, I've corrected a few by merely removing the bolts, freeing the arms, lining it all up and tightening them on the ground with a creeper. I don't know if the bushings just wear ... oddly? While common for jeep, the geometry of the suspension design is far from "normal."
