I do take issue with poor working conditions not being a issue. One of my biggest issues especially in Texas and other southern states. Is the joy of a heat stroke when it is 90' +. Can't have AC because have to keep the bay doors open. So as not to look closed. How about an investment in a $20 flashing open sign and AC in the shop.

Even the lowest hamburger flipper gets AC.

Also I have noticed that management and office help generally have AC and office help is provided with their own pencil's. Other wise the office help would run without AC.
