Thank you , so much , Tony . With your permission , I would like to use that for my trainees , at the shop .I have two new kids who signed on , and want to become heavy equipment , and diesel engine technicians , the one kid will do as he is told , the other one has problems listening to instructions , wants to do things his own way . He is a good kid , don't get me wrong , but he seems to think he doesn't need to listen , when he should , about this type of problem . The boss has made it clear , he will not be held responsible if there are personal injuries on the job ,perhaps this will be an eye opener for the kid .And to finish up the original post , the tractor operator got called out of the cab of the machine , and by the time the tractor owner got done with him , he almost had smoke coming out of both ears . It still makes me shiver when I think about it Tony , what really bugs me is the attitude the tractor operator had , like , sorry about that , what was I talking about ?
