A couple of quick questions , Bruce , and remember I mean you no disrespect at all , bud . How long do you think you can hold on where you are , before it gets to point zero , and what does your gut feeling tell you about the new kid ? He is calling out for your help , and with experienced guidance and direction from yours truly , it could turn into something a whole lot better . The guys had the right answer , get him signed up on iATN , he won't regret it . As for the s*** hole , it's amazing what a little elbow grease , paint and paper can do for the place . Keep the paper work documented , that way you will sleep at night , not worry about the man coming in to shut you down . Just some words from one family man to another . Good luck , keep us posted . One last item , the boss had to install video cameras in the shop , once the nightcrawlers found out about them , the toolage loss dropped to near zero . Once these humanoids realized they were being recorded it wasn't funny any more .
