Re: Rats!
That reminded me of something similar here , Dan , had an older Chevy S10 that the boss keeps around for odd jobs , basically a " gofer" if we need some odd parts late in the day. Driver brings it to shop , complaining of odd smell in truck when heater is put on , do the usual fluid level check , nothing there , stick head in cab , get a smell of something odd , opened the glove box door to find it almost full of dog food kibble and rat turd . Cleaned it out with shop vac , sprayed the cab with Lysol , put it back outside. I found out later apparently the rat turd leftovers can make a person pretty sick if you ' re not careful . There is a name for it , some kind of virus or something , but it is pretty nasty to humans .
