Hello everyone,
A few months ago, we announced that the parent company of
iATN, Service Repair Solutions (SRS) was purchased by Welsh,
Carson, Anderson and Stowe, from the previous owner, Warburg
Pincus.
As it turns out, another company (Solera Holdings) was also
extremely interested in buying SRS. Once the deal with Welsh
Carson was signed, Solera immediately reached out and
ultimately came to a deal with Welsh Carson to make a 50%
investment in and manage Service Repair Solutions on a
day-to-day basis.
Whereas Welsh Carson is primarily a private equity
investment firm, Solera is a holding company focused on the
automotive industry, with ownership of many automotive
businesses across the globe. While we don't anticipate any
major changes to iATN or it's core services, we are looking
forward to the opportunities that are available to us now
through the Solera network of automotive companies.
As ever, we are still being managed on a day-to-day basis by
the same staff. Our current focus is on improving our new
search engine, releasing our iOS and Android mobile apps,
and continuing to improve the iATN experience and services
we offer you. Thanks for your support!

Best regards,
