Hello everyone,
We've just released a couple of new billing related features
for those with premium memberships.
The first is the ability to have additional billing contacts
for your account. Many times members have asked us to send
their quarterly invoice (or notices about credit card
issues) to an email address other than the one on file with
us. Unfortunately, this has not been possible, until now.
You can go to the Sponsor Settings panel in the Account
Settings area, and add one or more additional
email addresses to be used for billing notifications. Your
primary address will still receive the notifications, but we
will also CC the additional addresses you provide us. Just
be sure to validate each email address you add, by clicking
on the link in the validation email we send out.
The second new feature is the ability for someone -- other
than the account holder -- to update the credit card used
for your premium membership fees. This means anyone you add
as a billing notification contact will be able to take care
of any billing issues for you, including any problems that
might arise while trying to bill your credit card. In each
invoice we send out, we now provide a secure link that is
unique to your account, which can be used to update (but not
view) the credit card on file for your account.
We hope these two changes make it much easier for those of
you that have someone else handling the billing and
accounting for your iATN premium membership.
To add billing contacts to your account, please see the
Account Settings page, and scroll down to the
Sponsor Settings panel.
