Hello everyone,

We are excited to announce that we have just created a new level of premium membership, called Business+, which is $45 per month. (For reference, the existing Individual and Business premium memberships cost $15 and $30 per month, respectively.)

As the name implies, a Business+ membership receives all the same benefits of the Business level, including the business webpage, listing in the Repair Shop Finder aimed at consumers, and the ability for multiple people at your shop to search the iATN Knowledge Base.

But Business+ takes this to the next level, by enabling the account holder to designate up to 4 employees as sub-accounts, which receive all the same benefits of premium membership, but without needing to be logged in under the Business account. Now your employees can take advantage of premium membership from work or at home, and can easily participate on iATN from their own account. You no longer need to worry about logging in for your employees to search iATN, or about the security of your account, or having an employee accidentally post something to iATN under your name.

If your employees don't yet have iATN accounts, the sub-account management interface makes it very easy to create a membership for them. You just provide us with their name, email address, position, years of experience, and whether they're ASE certified or not. They'll get an email with a verification link to finish their account creation, and will instantly be able to access iATN and begin using the premium features. It's definitely the fastest way to get an employee on iATN. Here are a couple of screenshots to show you the sub-account management interface:

BTW, for existing premium members, the link above will walk you through an upgrade process, charging you a prorated amount based on the amount of time you have left on your existing premium membership.
