Im not a dealer tech, will I be able to talk to GM sps and start a case. | 2015 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4.0L No Start VIN: JTEBU5JR7F WANT TO THANK ALL OF YOU GUYS. ENDED UP WITH A NEW PCM. HAD SOME VOLTAGE AT FPCM BUT NOTHING AT PCM CHECKED WIRING FOUD NO ISSUES HAD GOOD CONTINUITY AND NO HIGH RESISTANCE. REPLACED PCM AND RUNS GOOD. |
