| 1996 Lexus LS400 4.0L electrical VIN: JT8BH22F3T Thanks for all the help fellas, I found the culprit. It was indeed the ECU. Removed and opened it up as suggested and found a burn on the circuit board and two leaking capacitors. Sending it in for repair |
