| 2004 Chrysler Sebring LX 2.4L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1C3EL46X14 P0138: Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Circuit High Voltage. Tan/White Wire should have 5 volts, Voltmeter shows 4.132v, wires look fine, nothing loose. Blue/Dark Green Wire should also have 2.5 Wires are fine, nothing loose either.
