2004 Honda Accord EX 3.0L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1HGCM66534
P2127: Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor 2 Circuit Low Voltage. Vehicle came in and will only idle. Accelerator pedal does not react.
