| 1999 Volkswagen EuroVan GLS 2.8L Cuts out, MIL Lamp on VIN: WV2EH8700X P1580: throttle actuator b1 malfunction. Van will start and rev up in neutral or park. under load at 30mph will loss power but will not stall almost like ignition is shut off does not miss.can hold throttle steady and as soon ask it hits 30mph stalls.replaced mass air flow sensor has same results. |
