1999 Mazda Protege DX 1.6L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, Cuts out, Stall, Misfire VIN: JM1BJ2224X
P1141: Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Heater Circuit Low Input. I have checked all wires to ecm from maf for continuity--all good--no shorts or opens. Ground and power are there, and good.
