| 2007 Dodge Caravan 3.3L No Start P0513: Invalid SKIM Key Detected. Vehicle was brought in no start. They left the key on,drained the battery. Jumped it,tried 4 times and now locked out. I was told only the dealer can fix this,am I right? If there is another way please let me know. Thanks |
