| 2003 Dodge Neon SXT 2.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1B3ES56C63 P0499: NVLD Canister Vent Solenoid Circuit High Voltage. ok wondering if any one has a better idea on this then re pleasing the pcm?? so far we check Resistance on ground wire (bk) is good, resistance on nvld switch signal (or) is ok also not shorted to ground or voltage and nvld solenoid control all check out good.... |
