P1281: Engine Is Cold Too Long. First Replaced Coolant Temp Sensor P0118 Comes Back With in Seconds Of Clearing PCM C1 Connector Pin 17 5V Supply Only Shows Up .01V. Is This A Bad PCM Or Where DOes The 5V supply come from?
