| 2003 Saturn Ion-1 2.2L No Start, Poor Idle Quality, Stall VIN: 1G8AG52F33 P0509: IAC Valve Circuit High Voltage. Came in a few days later owner complaned of no start. Started it buy giving it a little gas. Starts and idle will rise and fall like normal, then it will rise to about 1700 RPM.
