2005 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.3L MIL Lamp on VIN: 2D4GP24R55
P0138: Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Circuit High Voltage. O2 sensor keeps setting PO138, B1S2 Voltage is high. Reads over 4 volts longer than 30 seconds on initial start-up.
