1999 Honda Accord LX 3.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: IHGCG1651X
P0401: EGR System Insufficient Flow Detected. The code is for insufficient EGR flow and the EGR has been replaced, I cannot see anything blocking the port but as I remember there is another place there would be blockage in the intake, but cannot remember where to clean it out.
