| 2002 Toyota Highlander 3.0L Poor Idle Quality, Surge, MIL Lamp on VIN: JT1HF21A12 P1354: Variable Valve Timing System (Bank 2). Mainly when hot, there is a high idle, we get the code, seems to be a bit of change at idle when scanner activated vvt solenoids but acts like valve timing is advanced at idle , rev engine, idles well after releasing for a few seconds. |
