2004 Audi S4 4.2L Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: WAUPL68E64
P0021: Intake Cam Position Sensor Over Advanced Bank 2. Replaced left(Bank 2) Cam Sensor and erased codes. Codes reappeared within 25 miles of driving.
