| 2004 Kia Rio 1.6L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Stall VIN: KNADC12524 P1166: Oxygen Sensor System Lambda Bank Controller At Limit (Bank 1). When the car is first started up. It runs but is rough and stalls out, it will do this the first 2-3 times and when it starts to warm up it seems it will idle good, but still will have a stumlle. but will not stall out.
