| 1999 Nissan Pathfinder LE 3.3L MIL Lamp on VIN: JN8AR075XX P0138: Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Circuit High Input (Rich Shift). Installed a new B2s2 sensor about 3 months ago, vehical returned with mil lamp back on for these codes. found in mitchell that a reflash is required somtimes when replacing these 02 sensors..
