2001 Pontiac Bonneville SE 3.8L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1G2HX54K61 P0401: Insufficient EGR Flow Detected. we have recently replaced leaking intake gaskets on this engine.after repair po401 egr came up,replaced map sensor,code came back after short drive,egr can be actuated and vehicle stumbles.all reading from two scan tools look normal. any response would be help... |

2004 Chrysler Pacifica 3.5L MIL Lamp on VIN: 2C8GF68424 P0401: EGR System Performance. ... Light on. P0401. With scanner did egr test. This EGR does not have a vacuum hose but gets a PWM signal from ecm.
