| 2000 Ford F-550 Super Duty XL 7.3L Excessive Emissions, Hesitation, Cuts out, Misfire, Poor Fuel Economy VIN: 1FDAW56F41 P0471: Exhaust Backpressure Circuit Range/Performance. This is where it gets fun. Truck came in fuel locked. Cleared cyls and found cut oring on the inj they replaced. Replaced o-ring. That solved the black smoke and fuel locked problem, but not the power issue. Engine cuts out and sort of pops at RPMs above 2500.... |
