| 2001 Chevrolet S10 4.3L Surge, Cuts out, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1GCCS19W11 P0151: Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 2 Sensor 1) Circuit Low Voltage. Hey All: This one has me stumped.
