| 2006 Honda Accord LX Special Edition 2.4L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1HGCM56396 P2176: Throttle Actuator Control System Idle Position Not Learned. I cant clear the code.looking for help on how you do the relearn.If the code was set because of the dead battery. If only the factory tool will work to clear it.
