| 2001 Kia Rio 1.5L MIL Lamp on, Monitors unable set VIN: KNADC12371 P1166: O2 Sensor/PCM Diagnostic Fault. ... to less than a .05 volts at idle. after so long a drive the MIL comes on and sets P1166 Code. Also am not able to get enough Monitors up and running for a retest at Emissions.Check for any Vac leaks ond valve timing. All passes with fling colors. |
