2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.0L Poor Idle Quality VIN: 1J4GW48S6Y
P0123: Throttle Position Sensor Circuit High Voltage. It's a Jeep thing I just don't understand. This jeep has tps voltage over 4 volts as processed info but approx 1 volt @ pcm pin. I did unplug the clockspring but did not help. With clock spring plugged in and push on/off tps drop to 1 volt.
