P0051: Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 2 Sensor 1) Heater Circuit Low. Pcm thinks all o2 heater ckt. work when the sensors are unplugged. Cold start runs very rough under load, ok at idle. similar alldata tsb, but for earlier build date, mdh# 121522 202ab
