1999 Audi A4 2.8L Excessive Emissions, No Start, Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, Poor Fuel Economy, MIL Lamp on VIN: WAUED28D0X P0118: eng. coolant temp. sensor- signal too high. 2002 Volkswagen Jetta GLS 2.0L No Start, Poor Idle Quality, MIL Lamp on VIN: 3VWSB69M22 P0118: ECT Circuit High Input. I am not very familiar with the VW. My diagnostic scanner software is not the best for this either. I was able to retrieve the listed codes as well as some data stream.
