| 1999 Ford Taurus SE 3.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FAFP53SXX P1451: evap system vent control valve fault. This car keeps blowing fuse 28 intermitently. I have inspected the wiring to the sensors and vent control solenid w/ no sign of a problem.
