2005 Toyota Avalon Limited 3.5L MIL Lamp on VIN: 4T1BK36B75 P0138: Heated Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 2) Circuit High Voltage. I have a Toyota with a po138, high Ho2 sensor voltage. We replaced the sensor but still have the code. The STFT on both banks are almost the same. It is about 1-2% higher on bank 1.
