1999 Volkswagen Jetta GLS 2.0L Poor Idle Quality VIN: 3VWSA29M3X
P0134: 02 sensor ckt inactive bank 1 sensor 1. vechicle came to shop for failed smog due to check engine light. found vacuum leaks at line to fuel pressure regulator - replaced, dipstick tube - replaced, and brake booster - replaced. Cleared codes and now vehicle is barely driveable ??
