| 1999 Volkswagen Jetta GLS 2.0L Poor Idle Quality VIN: 3VWSA29M3X P0134: 02 sensor ckt inactive bank 1 sensor 1. vechicle came to shop for failed smog due to check engine light. found vacuum leaks at line to fuel pressure regulator - replaced, dipstick tube - replaced, and brake booster - replaced. | 1997 Buick Skylark Limited 2.4L MIL Lamp on, FIXED O2 VOLTAGE VIN: 1G4NJ52T4V P0134: Oxygen Sensor (Bank 1 Sensor 1) Insufficient Activity.
