1997 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1B4GP44R9V
P1494: EVAP Leak Detection Pump Switch Or Mechanical Fault. found 12v at pump. continuity in the switch wire to pcm, also continuity on pump control wire from pcm to pump. found engine vacum to pump. replaced ldp 2x and pcm. still not fixed. checked all hoses for leaks. none found. maybe one of you dodge guys can help....

2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport 4.0L Hesitation, Surge, Misfire, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1J4FF48STY
P1494: EVAP Leak Detection Pump Switch Or Mechanical Fault. Jeep came in yesterday, repaired 1494 bad hose at intake, on road test, missfire felt and seen in misfire counter, only on #1. On heavy accel, and above 2800 rpm, regular and heavy surging, and fuel pressure swings +/- 10 psi from spec, but doesn't drop. Repla...
